MediQuote's extensive experience, education and research in the specialist area of travel health enables us to provide respected professional assessment as to how an individual's medical condition may be affected by overseas travel.

The comprehensive assessment is undertaken through either the MediQuote Expert system or as a one-to-one screening processed by medical professionals individually assessing each traveller's individual medical condition in relation to their proposed itinerary.

The MediQuote Expert and MediQuote's one-to-one assessment processes take into consideration various factors which may affect conditions of the traveller including:

• The destination
• Duration of trip
• Means of transport
• Local health facilities.

Once the assessment process is complete, MediQuote will then issue documentation to the insured confirming the terms and conditions under which the policy has been extended to provide appropriate cover which forms a part of the insurance contract with you, the insurer.
